Where are the markets headed?

The intellectual response to this question is - “We like Warren Buffet's words - ‘Once I've bought into the stock of a company, I don't mind if the market remains closed for a couple of years.''

The more practical answer is - perhaps, we are not quite sure.

Hence, we continue to stick to our time-tested principles of stock-picking -

• Critical size of companies, in terms of sales, market cap, etc. • High level of due diligence on management quality • Sustained growth and visibility of earnings, healthy financials • Price-value gap such that the stock has the potential to at least double in 3 years with a high margin of safety.
