Market trajectory pointing upwards: Rakesh Jhunjhunwala

Source: Moneycontrol.com Investor and trader Rakesh Jhunjhunwala was confident that markets would make new highs. He says that the market trajectory is pointing upwards. Jhunjhunwala goes on to say that this is going to be a far more powerful bull market than imagined. However, he still sees skepticism and fear all around. Excerpts from CNBC-TV18’s exclusive interview with Rakesh Jhunjhunwala: Q: Are you a bit surprised at the new high coming back so soon after the May-June depression? A: I am not surprised, but surely when the index was at 8800-9000, I was quite confident that the markets would recover and make new highs. But with all the doubts that everyone was expressing, at times I too was unsure. But I am confident that this is one milestone and there are many more to come.
